We are a privately run residential care home situated in the heart of West Glamorgan that specialises in providing comprehensive care services to individuals who have learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

We offer the best care possible within a beautiful and pleasant living environment.

Adopting a person centred approach, we promote respect and dignity whilst fostering independent living.

At 'Nant Leiros', we support adults (18- 64 yrs) with Learning Disabilities / Complex Needs, who require:

• Intensive Community Support following hospital discharge

• Support for the transition from Childrens Service or Leaving home

• Support under Guardianship Orders

• After Care and Supervised Discharge from Section under the MHA,1983. e.g. 117 leave

• Leaving Special Needs Residential

Schooling

• Individual Therapeutic Involvement

• Repatriation of service users from out of area placements

• Out of area placements, if the local commissioners cannot provide service users to fill potential vacancies within the home.

All our homes will be Registered and Inspected by the Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales, in accordance with the Care Homes Act, 2000.
